BACKGROUND

 

Windward Ford in Kailua was trying to compete with the other Ford dealerships on island; and draw a customer base from beyond the Windward side. They needed to stand out from the crowd.

STRATEGY

We created a campaign that aimed to engage target markets by first making them laugh. “Get Your Own Ford” featured stories about people who got into trouble thinking a Ford vehicle belonged to them when it definitely did not.

The ads aired on television while exponentially increasing Windward Ford’s Facebook traffic, and sales leads on the dealership's featured vehicles web page.

The "Get Your Own Ford" tagline has become synonymous with Windward Ford and all of their subsequent marketing campaigns.
